Gerard Boghossian, DPM

Gerard Boghossian, DPM, is a skilled podiatrist practicing at MB Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Specialists in Palmdale and Glendale, California.

Dr. Boghossian graduated from the Des Moines College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 1999. His post-graduate residency training was at Sherman Oaks Hospital, where he learned under several great plastic, orthopedic, and podiatric surgeons.

Sherman Oaks Hospital was the home of the World Famous Grossman Burn Center, where Dr. Boghossian had the privilege of learning dynamic plastic surgery, burn trauma, and limb salvage skills which he has successfully integrated into his podiatric practice since his completion of training in 2002.

Soon after graduating, he was promoted to director of the residency program, where he trained surgical residents for several years.

Dr. Boghossian continues to train surgeons of all skill levels and has been on several speaker panels giving lectures and surgical instruction throughout the United States and other countries.

He is the founder of several wound care centers in southern California, including Lancaster Community Hospital, Antelope Valley Hospital, and High Desert Medical Group. He is currently the Director of Foot and Ankle Services for High Desert Medical Group and Heritage Sierra Medical Group and runs the wound centers for both facilities.

Dr. Boghossian performs highly complicated reconstructive foot and ankle procedures on both adults and children of all ages.

In addition to his successes in helping people cope with their foot and ankle injuries, Dr. Boghossian is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served proudly for eight years. He also volunteers his time and services to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Search and Rescue Team in Lancaster, California. The Search and Rescue Team is responsible for numerous life-saving rescue missions in the southern California deserts, mountains, and forests. He is very proud to serve with these great and selfless men and women who risk their lives to save strangers strictly on a volunteer basis.

Dr. Boghossian has been practicing in the Antelope Valley since 2002 and has joined Dr. Martin Moradian to create the MB Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Specialists. Together they provide a very wide and dynamic range of services for their patients with foot and ankle injuries and disorders.

Martin Moradian, DPM

Martin Moradian, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist practicing at MB Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Specialists in Palmdale and Glendale, California.

Dr. Moradian graduated from the University of Southern California in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science. Later that year, he attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco from 1998-2002, graduating with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He started his residency at the City of Angels Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Project for a 24-month surgical training from 2002-2004. In his second year, holding the title of Chief Resident in the Baja Project for Crippled Children, Dr. Moradian mission trips to Central America and Mexico while performing volunteer reconstructive surgical services for children ranging from five months to young teens.

Since completing his residency training, he served as an associate in a busy podiatric practice for one year in Burbank and Glendale. In 2005, he started his own private practice in Glendale. He has hospital privileges at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Silver Lake Medical Center (formerly City of Angels Medical Center).

Mark Trezia, DPM

Mark Trezia, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric foot and ankle specialist covering all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery at MB Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Specialists, which has locations in Glendale and Palmdale, California. He specializes in sports medicine, wound care, and cosmetic surgery. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Trezia stays up-to-date with the most recent state-of-the-art technology and treatment options.

Dr. Trezia began his medical education at California State University Northridge, where he received his Bachelor of Arts. He then studied at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, where he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in New York at Coney Island Hospital associated with the Health & Hospital Group. Dr. Trezia was named chief resident during his senior year and had the privilege of working with a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, plastic surgery, dermatology, and pediatrics. He was also involved in research studies that collaborated with different departments in multiple hospitals in New York to help advance future treatments in medicine.

Dr. Trezia gives each patient his individual attention, and he makes it a point to communicate clearly and compassionately. He believes in treating conditions, getting to the root of the problem, and educating his patients on preventive care.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Trezia enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and enjoys traveling, sports, and cooking. Dr. Trezia is also involved with various charitable organizations and loves giving back to the community. He speaks four languages – English, Assyrian, Farsi, and conversational Armenian.
